Non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to planning permission 22/00105/FULL dated 15 July 2022 to amend condition 16 (approved drawings) to enable the: (i) revision of the southern curtain wall design, (ii) installation of mechanically ventilated lobbies and reconfiguration of service risers, (iii) installation of a revised entrance on Newbury Street, (iv) replacement of the bin store window with louvre vents, (v) replacement of the rooftop green walling with ventilated panels and alternative green roof, (vi) installation of louvre vents at level 05, (vii) installation of an additional window at lower ground floor level.
