An application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary Conditions (8) New loading bay (39) approved plans of planning permission dated 27/09/2022 (application ref. 21/00726/FULEIA) to incorporate minor material amendments comprising: (i) omission of dormer planters at levels 08-10 and the glazing line brought forward and the addition of greening at roof level; (ii) omission of medallions between lintels; (iii)cast metal cladding amended to metal extrusions; (iv) curved and conical glazing amended to faceted glazing at the north west concern at levels 02-08 and 10; (v) substitution of masonry to party walls with unitised metal rainscreen cladding; and (vi) omission of louvered façade above London Underground substation of Broad Street Avenue.
