(i) Demolition of existing garage and erection of a double height single storey entrance pavilion to the east of the Salters' Hall, with associated landscaping and disabled access. (ii) Installation of a new opening in the eastern wall of the Hall and amendments to first floor door on eastern elevation (iii) Internal alterations at basement and lower ground floor level. (iv) Infilling of the under croft at ground floor level and removal of steps to rear ground floor level / part lower ground floor level. (v) External alterations to the rear elevation at lower ground and ground floor level to include the installation of new access door and windows. (vi) Removal of Salter's Hall gates and installation of a new bronze gate to loading bay on the Fore Street elevation.
