Auntie Sally's Cottage 31 Grape Lane Croston Leyland PR26 9HB
Notification of proposed works to protected trees within Croston Conservation Area - The Lime Tree is situated in the grounds of No 35 Grape Lane close to the boundary wall with 31 Grape Lane. The branches overhang the drive of No. 31 and the pavement. They overhang the drive of 31, catching vehicles entering but also in strong winds hitting people entering the drive. The trees are leaning towards the light, and the lower branches need cutting off. It is probably 75 - 100 years old The Beech Tree is situated in the grounds of No. 35, and the branches overhang the drive of No.31. When it is windy they activate the sensor on the garage, which means that I have to switch it off in the dark. Again, a lower branch needs removing.
