T1- Lime (Tilia) - Removal for several reasons highlighted by the client when on a site quote. 1 The tree casts huge quantities of shade onto various properties.2 The tree creates vast amounts of small and sometimes large falling deadwood.3 The tree has a large inclusion around 5 metres from the ground, which if left could lead to possible major failure within the tree, this inclusion has been there for many years and could be very detrimental to the trees main structure. (highlighted in attached photos)4 The tree has low amenity value and doesn't hold much stature when compared to other TPO trees.5 The tree is getting of a size were the root system may start affecting nearby structure foundations.A Full Nesting birds and wildlife ariel inspection will be carried out prior to any works commencing.All work will be carried out in accordance with BS:3998-2010 were appropriate.
