18 Red Lane, Disley, Stockport, Cheshire East, SK12 2NP
Lime tree at the front right corner of the property. Identified as G14 on your plans. With severe decay. As this tree is in a neighbour's property which has been repossessed and do not know the owner of the property we would like to cut off all overhanging branches on our side to reduce the risk. These branches are also suppressing some young planted trees that our client has planted a few years ago. We would like to cut all branches/limbs back to the boundary line, hoping that when the property sells they will remove the rest of the tree. The measurements for this work being completed equates to 5m reduction removing the over hang onto the client's property, this is approximately a 25% reduction off one side off the canopy. The identifying area affected can be seen on the plan provided ref tree T4.
