Non material amendment to planning permission - 18/00191/FUL (Proposed demolition of existing dwelling and garage and construction of one detached house, two semi-detached houses together with associated parking and turning area) - Immediate patio level behind each dwelling to be raised to the finished floor level each house so as to provide convenient level access out without stepping down and finished in composite decking. - Minor adjustment to chimney position to plot 1, slightly further south so that wood burner position to better suit the living room furniture layout. - Two windows removed from the west elevation of plot 1 and one window from the east elevation to be omitted. - Plot 1 north elevation ground floor windows enlarged. - Plot 2 north elevation ground floor windows reversed. - Plots 2 & 3 south elevation valley roof form slightly flattened to create adequate headroom internally. - Plot 2 west elevation double gable changed to single gable with flattened top to create adequate headroom on first floor landing. - Solar panels omitted to flat roof of plots 2& 3 due to inaccessibility for safe maintenance. Sustainability criteria achieved differently. - Ground level metal railings along boundary with Quinlan Court to be changed from bow-top type to pattern to match those existing on Quinlan Court walkways.
