We plan to replace our front windows, which are currently uPVC, with traditional wooden sash windows. Our current windows are very drafty and an eyesore in a street where all other houses have wooden sash windows. The alteration should improve the visual appeal of our street while also making our house warmer and safer (the existing windows are sometimes blown open by wind).
