Internal works include: Replacement of all existing windows with like-for-like double-glazed units; Repositioning and enlargement of one rear window, to be replaced with a like-for-like double-glazed unit; Alterations to the internal layout, including associated changes to window openings. External works include: Construction of a rear garden extension (approximately 13 sqm); Installation of air-conditioning units; Installation of an air-source heat pump; Installation of an electric vehicle charging point; Removal of one tree within the rear garden. We previously submitted a Pre-Application Planning Advice request and paid the Minor Development fee under case reference 2025/4404/PRE.
