Pending2023/0251/INVALIDWindows and doors

51 Buckland Crescent Camden NW3 5DJ

Replacing existing sash single glazed windows (back and front of building) into uPVC double glazed for the First Floor flat only. The windows will remain similar style to the old windows and the timber frames/ architraves will remain, it is just the inside frame of the actual windows which will become uPVC and the windows double glazed. The flat is currently very cold and not energy efficient. The intent is for the uPVC double glazing to make the flat more energy efficient in a cost effective way. Two flats above on the 2nd floor already have uPVC double glazing so this is in keeping with the property. The main thing is the design and the style of the windows will remain the same.
