RWP's introduced on both elevations because loadings on roof are too great to comply with warranty provider requirements if falls only go from front to back. additionally higher parapets would have been required contradicting above change. 8 - Block D (North elevation) Plant room door omitted as no longer a requirement for electrical plant room. 9 - Block A (South elevation) M4(3) slopes introduced to patios of units to allow easier wheelchair access at request of Cambridge City Council
