Start to remove, crown reduction then additional halve height. Reason it is identified in attached survey report as causing risk to 13 Oxenden Drive, removal recommended butto be carried out in 2 stages to reduce risk of "heave". I wish to protect their property by getting the Oak out in 2 stages , final removal after a period of at least a year to minimise risk of heave.
