Variation of conditions 2, 7, 9, 12, 18a, 18c and 19 of planning permission reference 18/05599/RECON1 dated 18 January 2021 (Minor material amendment to application 18/05599/FULL1 under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of conditions 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 granted for the - construction of up to 11,190 sqm (GEA) of units to be used for Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8 together with access from Edgington Way, Sidcup and creation of access from the Fitzroy Business Park, car parking and associated works) to amalgamate units 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 into two single units and alterations to form 11 units on the eastern part of the site and alterations to the Fitzroy Business Park access to be increased by 274 sqm (the overall floor space for the development is not altered) to allow for alterations to retaining walls, pedestrian access staircase and landscaping/planting, and to approve ground contamination details/confirm compliance (Condition No. 18).
