Minor material amendment to application 18/05599/FULL1 under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 to allow a variation of conditions 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 granted for the - construction of up to 11,190 sqm (GEA) of units to be used for Use Classes B1(C), B2 and B8 together with access from Edgington Way, Sidcup and creation of access from the Fitzroy Business Park, car parking and associated works- to reduce the number of units provided from 13 to 11, the amalgamation of units 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 into two single units (the overall floor space of the development to be reduced to up to 10,916 sqm).
