No visible signs of active decay fungus. Crown has good vitality with minor symptoms of Guignardia leaf blight. No observable canker on trunk or primary limbs. Tree owner would prefer to retain the tree as it has high amenity value for local community and would prefer to manage to tree long term rather than remove.
