Internal alterations to include rooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes within the existing basement, new staircase located directly below the existing staircase to provide access to basement, retention and refurbishment of existing staircase between ground floor and first floors including new skirting, architraves and cornicing, arrangement of ground floor accommodation to include living room, study, dining room, kitchen, utility, cloakroom and bedrooms, first floor accommodation arranged to include a main bedroom, bathroom and dressing room.
