Non Material Amendment to pp 3PL/2023/0877/VAR – Approval of Drainage Strategy Addendum to the permitted ‘Site Specific Flood Risk Assessment (Richard Jackson Engineering Consultants, October 2025)’ to raise the ground floor finished floor levels for plots 7-8, 33-37, 44-76, 77-80, 90-99, 100-107, 111, 118-123, 125-147, 148-154 . The amendment to the finished floor levels is sought in order to reduce the excavation / transportation of soil within and outside the site, minimising environment impacts caused by excessive earthworks excavations.
