Non Material Amendment to pp 3PL/2024/0120/F – Approval of Drainage Strategy Addendum to the permitted ‘Site Specific Flood Risk Assessment (Richard Jackson Engineering Consultants, October 2025)’ to raise the ground floor finished floor levels for plots 81, 82 and 84-89 . The amendment to the finished floor levels is sought in order to reduce the excavation / transportation of soil within and outside the site, minimising environment impacts caused by excessive earthworks excavations.
