The application also proposes landscaped open space, on street loading bay, and on and off street car parking alongside new footways. The application is submitted pursuant to Condition 1.3(v) and 2.1 in relation to the Phase 5D sub-phase of planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23/07/2014 (as amended) for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement of Compliance.
