Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to planning permission reference 24/4727/FUL dated 23/12/2024 (as amended by 25/2610/NMA dated 07/07/2025) for the 'Erection of a single storey structure to western facade of ground floor retail unit within Plot 13 of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration scheme to provide covered seating area for restaurant use'. Amendments include: removal of existing frameless glass sliding doors, installation of new timber-framed glazed sliding door with a solid timber colour-matched panel at the bottom of each door, and installation of a new steel structural frame between the existing columns.
