Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 11 reference 18/6409/RMA dated 11th April 2019 (as amended by 25/1541/NMA dated 12 August 2025) pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application seeks to amend conditions: 1, 3, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Plot 11 RMA, amendments to the description of development are also sought. The following key changes would result: -Change of use from C3 (residential) to C1 (hotel) of the northern block (Plot 11 North), complete with internal reconfiguration to facilitate hotel operation, -Removal of link bridge to allow Plot 11 North and Plot 11 South to be development and operated independently. -Reduction in height of Plot 11 North from G+ 11 and G+9 stories, to G+10 and G+8 stories (height reduction of 5.5m). -Refinements to Plot 11 North's building form, including facade stepping, updates to the crown treatment and amendments to base design. -Amendments to wording of conditions 3, 10, 11, 12 & 13 to enable the independent delivery of Plot 11 North and Plot 11 South.
