Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plots 53 and 54 reference 15/00720/RMA dated 09/06/2015, as amended by 16/7574/NMA dated 23/10/2017; 20/5934/NMA dated 13/04/2021, and 22/0806/NMA dated 24/05/2025 pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application proposed amendments to: Condition 1 (approved drawings) incorporating changes including a reduction in height of brick wall, relocation of hooded wall lights, addition of bollard and addition of ladder to energy centre to the red line plan to the northern end of Plot 53 and amendments to landscaping relating to trees on the Brent Terrace frontage requiring associated changes to condition 8 (Landscaping).
