This was built by Casaframe company, it occupies less then 30% area of my garden and it is for sun tanning and leisure private use only, it also serve as sound isolation and temperature preservation. I did not know and was not informed of a pre planning permission is required as I just arrived uk in Apr 2022 and it was built in Oct 2022 .
