The application proposes non-material amendments to Block E only. This includes amendments to the massing and scale of Block E to accommodate a central corridor, omission of the basement level, internal reconfigurations to the 3 stair cores and the ground floor, minor revisions to sizes of the balconies, minor revisions to the private gardens and the 1st floor terrace landscaping, minor changes to the residential unit mix and minor revisions to the car parking and cycle spaces provisions.
