Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for area of public realm surrounding Plot 14 (reference 20/5690/RMA dated 10/03/2021, as amended by 23/1877/NMA dated 28/06/2023 and 23/5029/NMA, dated 19/01/2024 referred to as "Neighbourhood Square", pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. The application seeks to make changes to the configuration of Neighbourhood Square which includes the following: - The reconfiguration of fire tender access route; - The merger and reconfiguration of the social seating in gravel area and central programmable space including the removal of the stone setts and enlargement of the compacted gravel area; - The relocation and reconfiguration of the proposed seating area; - The relocation and reconfiguration of the water feature and play spaces; - Changing of the buff natural stone paving within the public realm to a buff concrete paving; - Introduction of separate high street paving area adjacent to High Street South; - Reconfiguration and relocation of soft landscaping including the planting buffer and trees; and - The realignment of the key pedestrian routes.
