Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 12 reference 17/6662/RMA dated 28/02/2018, (as amended by 20/0362/NMA Dated 7 February 2020, 20/1174/NMA, dated 4 September 2020, 20/5694/NMA dated 1 April 2021 and 21/5981/NMA dated 10 August 2022) pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. Amendments are sought to Condition 1 (approved drawings) to make changes to ground floor retail frontages including amendments to bay widths, brickwork detailing, the introduction of Fascia panels above shopfront glazing, a height change to the eastern lobby entrance canopy, changes to retail door positions and the introduction of an additional door to a retail unit, the introduction of awnings, tenant signing and associated lighting to all retail units. In addition changes are proposed to Ground and basement cycle stores including the relocation of 16 Ground floor cycle parking spaces to the basement store, the introduction of a dedicated means of escape from the basement including the introduction of two stair cores a ground floor corridor and egress door on the south facade of the western core, and the introduction of a Neighbourhood Police unit. Amendments are also sought to Condition 11 (Cycle Details) and a new Condition 20 (Neighbourhood Police Unit) is added to address the proposed changes.
