Non material amendment to planning permission 21/4977/FUL dated 31/03/2023 for `Demolition of the existing building and erection of a 9-storey building comprising of up to 22no. self-contained residential units and up to 1025sqm of commercial (Use Class E) floorspace. Associated amenity space, hard and soft landscaping, refuse storage, cycle parking and off-street car parking (SUBJECT TO LEGAL AGREEMENT DATED 29TH MARCH 2023).` Amendments include extension of the basement to accommodate the commercial and residential sprinklers to meet current and future Fire Brigade requirements and Building Regulations. Addition of a Part M compliant lift for the commercial floors. Provision of a substation to provide the required electrical capacity for the scheme and to increase sprinkler requirements.
