Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Reserved Matters Approval 21/2289/RMA dated 22 October 2021 for the Interim Transport Interchange T1 within the Phase 2 (South) (Thameslink Station Approach) sub-phase of Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration area. The application proposes amendments to: Condition 1 (Approved Plans) to insert a new plan reference illustrating 'General Arrangement Interim Interchange Temp. Works (Planning)' and to revise Plan No. BXS-PK002-INFXXX-L-GIL-DR-02-P001 Rev. 03 (Brent Cross Town Station Interchange: General Arrangement); Condition 8 (Cycle Parking) to update reference to the revised Brent Cross Town Station Interchange: General Arrangement plan; Condition 10 (Landscape Planting) to update reference to the revised Brent Cross Town Station Interchange: General Arrangement plan; and to insert a new condition to enable the installation of temporary landscape finishes and temporarily positioned street furniture within parts of the Site to facilitate construction of adjoining Plots and Public Realm.
