Amendments include; Lower existing window cill and provide new window to match host windows at lower ground floor west elevation; Remove existing walkway and steps and turn balustrade around corner to mirror gilt room stair on eastern side; Change consented glazed upper section wall to solid and remove door access; Mono-pitched roof over consented store area below; Replace existing glass with laminated glass in existing frame; Inverted dormer window; Conservation rooflight over communal stairwell; Internal layout has been updated; Boundary line for property encloses the car parking space
