Rebuilding the whole Leo Baeck Hall, including the three storey section, as a two storey building that is more suitable from a structural, thermal and accessibility point of view. Reducing the roof plant on the existing building and omitting the roof gardens for structural reasons. Rationalising the internal layouts to provide consistency of elevations.
