Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to planning permission reference 20/2332/FUL dated 3 September 2020 for the Erection of a part two, part three storey building with roof terrace to accommodate a visitor centre (Class B1) including exhibition space and flexible ground floor commercial space (Class A3/B1) to accommodate either a café or additional floorspace for visitor centre, with associated earthworks, servicing, cycle parking and landscaping. Amendments are proposed to the site landscaping; internal configuration of spaces; building footprint; building height; location of entrances to building and fenestration. The amendments result in an increase to the building footprint of 12m2 Gross internal area (GIA) and 15m2 gross external area (GEA); and an overall building height increase of 195mm (12,530mm increased to 12,725mm (including lift overrun).
