Details have been submitted to address in full the requirements of conditions 12.2 in regards of the following component of Phase 1 (South): Clarefield Park Temporary Replacement Open Space; Details have been submitted for the partial discharge of conditions 12.2 in regards of the following components of Phase 1 (South): Plot 12; and, Plot 13; Claremont Park Improvements; Claremont Road Junction North; High Street South (East Works); Claremont Avenue; Claremont Park Road (Part 1); and, Claremont Road Junction North. This submission excludes the following components of Phase 1 (South): Plot 11; and, Clitterhouse Playing Fields
