Non-material amendment to planning permission 18/4689/FUL dated 17/01/2019. Amendment to include changing the wording of condition 32 to read 'Within 6 months of the commencement of the development, details of the junction(s) between the proposed service/access road(s) and the highway shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the development hereby approved shall not be occupied until the junction(s) have been constructed in accordance with the approved details. The applicant will be expected to enter into an agreement under Section 278 of the Highways Act with the Highways Authority, for works affecting public highway including creation of new accesses and reinstatement of the existing accesses and consequential damage to public highway as a result of the proposed development'
