To improve privacy and service separation, we propose the following minor development works and this will support our small business to use the bigger shop effectively and grow our new business in these challenging time 1. Panel Alteration : Remove two existing glass panels and replacing with the matching doors keeping with existing frame and architectural style, ensuring no compromise on safety or design standard 2. Male entrance : To provide a dedicated access point for barbering services , keeping male and female services distinct Female Entrance : To provide a private and comfortable entry point for woman receiving personal treatments, including full body waxing, private parts waxing and full body HydraFacial 3. All works will maintain the existing facade , doors fittings will comply with fire safety, accessibility and building regulations. The proposed changes are minimal and fall under small scale internal/external deveopment
