Pending22/00511/HSERear extension

19 ARMSTEAD WALK London Borough of Barking and Dagenham RM10 9PB

We would like to build an extension coming out of the rear of the house into the garden. Due to my husbands disability, he is unable to sleep in the bedroom upstairs, he currently sleeps on the sofa which is not ideal or all of us especially my husbands back problems. as he also frequently needs to use the toilet which is downstairs. We would like to relocate our living room into the extension and use the current living room as a bedroom for my husband as it is right next to the toilet. We would like to extend our home by 6 meters as our garden is quite long (over 12 meters) and we only require a single story extension.
