Thinning of the crown of up to 20% by volume. Lift of the crown by no more than 3 metres. Thus ensuring the work is not detrimental to the long term health and amenity of the tree. T2: A smaller copper beech located in the back garden with approximately 50% overhanging a building in no.19’s property not visible from the road; Option 1: Prune the crown by 20% by volume and prune to clear both no.17 and no19 buildings and guttering by 2m. Option 2 (preferred): If 2m is not sufficient to clear no.19s roof or the likelihood of and/or “fire-bridge” risk is accepted. Fell the tree. T3 A mature Sycamore located in the South West of garden overhanging a car park and border area belonging to a block of flats on Chine Crescent Road. Crown reduction by up to 20%.
