Remove epicormic growth from all trees within red line on plan (church yard) from ground level up to crown break or 5m above ground level. Crown lift any tree within red line to a height to obtain 2.4m clearance above the pavement and 5.2m above the road. Crown lift avenue of trees within blue line of plan to 3m above ground level for access to graves. Repeat work as necessary to maintain clearances and remove growth for 10 years following the date of decision notice. All work required to maintain access and highway clearance.
