Non material amendment to planning appeal ref. APP/P0240/W/21/3289675 and planning permission ref. CB/20/04672/FULL. Amendment sought to surfacing to parking spaces for plots 71 to 78 and to connection point to Sutton Mill Lane. Approved plans show the parking for these plots finished as tarmac. The amendment seeks to correct the error in the plan to create a consistent hard surfacing treatment to the parking spaces within this part of the site (as requested by the Housing Association). Sutton Mill Lane (providing emergency access) is also updated to show block paving (the same material as the turning head) for consistency
