Works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order (TP No.1 1979) - T7 (Pine/Elder?) - Fell and poison stump; T8 (Pine/Irish Yew?) - Raise over parking and sever Ivy; T11 (Lime/Wisteria?) - Prune (without cutting established stem); T12 (Chestnut/Acer Negundo?) - Fell and poison stump Other works include non-TPO's: G1 mixed hedges on eastern aspect - Red Robin, Viburnum, Holly, Laurel - reduce to 2m and side back to furthest edge of car park sleeper; T2 (Holme Oak) - raise over pathway to 2.5m and entrance to 6m, reduce southern and eastern aspects by around 1.5 (currently 18m s and 13m e) to negate poor structure, potentially weak attachment points and bias; G3 (3 x Horse Chestnut) - raise to 5m over parking bays and remove hazardous deadwood, reduce southernmost tree in height by 3m to negate decay at 2m on n aspect; T4 (Home Oak) - previously pollarded at 6m to negate bifurcation and defects. Reduce western and southern aspect by 1- 1.5m and raise to 5m over car park (currently 10m w and 7.5 s); T5 (Holme Oak) - raise to 5m, reduce spread by 1-1.5m (currently 8n, 9e 10s, 9w) to reduce impact on surroundings; T6 (Cherry) - Fell and poison stump); G9 mixed hedging in centre of parking - cut down to 1.5m and trim back to furthest edge of sleepers, coppice Hazel, remove stem on Cherry growing over car park (and sever Ivy); G10 - mixed hedging to west and south of main building - reduce to 1.5m in height and cut back to clear windows; G13 - shrubs to east of decking - trim back berbaris and deutzia face to edge of decking and reduce height to 1.8m, trim back cotoneaster to clear decking, remove dead Buxus, tip back overhang on Holly by 1m; G14 group of 3 pines - aerial inspection of crowns and remove any significant deadwood.
